Challenger and Member success is one of the main goals for the Pro
Weightloss Challenge group. We believe that only when our members
succeed do we succeed in our purpose for existing.
Pro Weightloss Challenge looks for caring people who have been
successful on our weight loss plan to work as leaders and coaches. These
roles are essential to helping our challengers and members be successful
and change their lives for the better.
The LEADER is our primary role model for Weight Loss Challenge member
success. Leaders conduct challenge meetings and show members how to follow
the weight loss challenge plan, and motivate them to achieve their weight loss
goals.
The Associate is a critical part of our program. Associate personally
welcome and assist all meetings members and provide support, encouragement,
and one-on-one coaching. Associate assist meeting coordination by collecting
and tallying all fees and product sales, weighing and measuring Challengers, and
by distributing participant materials.
